How do I ask a question?

When will I receive my print?

Prints take one business week and the shipping time based on service chosen. If there is any issues or delays, an email will be sent directly to you to explain the circumstances.

What if I am not happy with the print?

We use archival digital prints from epson and canon. Issues and or errors not caught by our quality control with digital printing be eligible for returns. However, general disappointment with digital printing does not qualify for returns. If return is insisted upon a 50% fee will be assessed and the balance will be returned to you upon the return of the print and passing of inspecton.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We only use money processed online through credit cards and or PayPal. Checks, wire transfers, or cash payments are not accepted.

Can the images be purchased for licensed use?

Yes, please contact Ernest Montgomery at : ernest@tmgrepresents.com Upon determination of regional usage and duration of ad run, price will be determined.

Can I purchased a digital file and print myself?

Unfortunately, this is not permissible. We understand with internationally orders shipping time delays, cost, and potential problems are not ideal. However, because there is no way to prevent copy-write infringement digital files are not an option.
